Interior Code (carpet,seats etc)

Can anybody help me with interior code. (sorry for my english)
I own 230SL 113042 10 002086.
Exterier color is 568 signalred and 040 black hard  top. From "Fahrzeug -Daten" card I foud out all information about extras as radio, powersteering etc. But I don´t know interior color for seats, carpet and door. At datacard is code 216, and 401 which I dont know what means. Thanks for answers.

I am not sure where the code for interior color is given, but it may be on the top row after inn/out color number "8 Ausstattung". Personally i have a code 134 in this box which I can't find anywhere.

What is your current interior color?

Now seats and doors are brown. I bought this car with not original carpet.

Try the factory literature. Engelen's book is of course also a goldmine of Pagoda info. (ISBN 3-613-01367-3)
134 is green MB-Tex 6000 with dark green tuft carpet 6002

Are the 4 digit code number some kind of standard color code - if I ask for 6002 at a dealer, will I get the correct color?

In principle yes, however I do not know to what extent M-B Classic delivers interior trim any longer.
You may want to try the different restorer supply houses in Germany (look in Markt Mag for advertisements, http://www.oldtimer-markt.de/

There are manufacturers out there that reproduce materials in most colours for our W113s in a great fashion.
H-J Kroll at Weinhold in Hamburg is good, phone +49 40 438484 (W113 specialist and member in the Club Pagode, installs excellent W113 soft tops)
