It means it has a salvage/branded title, and was written off as total loss by an insurance company.

I’m not sure that’s the case in California.  Many of the other cars listed are “salvage” title, which can be repaired and registered. But in California you can’t salvage something twice, and it basically gets a death certificate and cannot be registered.  Not sure that’s the case here, but it’s definitely not a salvage title.

It has no visible damage in the photos. One could still export it out of the country I suppose.

ID plate removed.  Would have to start identification with VIN stamped on front frame rail.
