Disconnect the blower switch terminal and if the fuse no.6 still blows every-time you start the car, then Pawel hypothesis was correct and your problem is definitely related with any of the cold start aid hot terminals touching ground.
Look at the intake manifold the connections for the CSV (cold start valve injector) or also at the back of your injection pump to see if Fuel enrichment selenoid is properly connected.
If none of those are the culprit, then pray 2x Ave Marias and 1 x holy father.
