1965 230SL auto.
I have just swapped out my autotrans gear box mount (over the tunnel) it had decayed, at the same time the prop flex disc looked rough so replaced that too.  When I drive the car now, the car holds onto gears for a long time. then when it does change up the change is really jerky and rough. all gears can be selected.  Any help or ideas please?

Check to see if the transmission linkage is not stuck. I am referring to the linkage going to the three position solenoid from the modulator.
