I drove my 69 280SL to the Mercedes Grande event in Indianapolis, it was a 2 day, activity filled regional event put on by the local MBCA Indiana Crossroads section. Saturday morning was the Mercedes Monumental show within the Artomobilia show. We took over the streets of the Carmel Arts & Design District where Mercedes was well represented. The entire show had over 400 cars and 30,000 attendees.
There was one other Pagoda, a local car. It was a 1971 that has been in the family since new, and just received a recent restoration.
