trunk floor pans, '64 230sl

Does anyone know how the trunk floor pan is mounted?  Mine has so much confusion between the panels, with adhesive and corrosion and what looks like sound deadening pads I can't tell.  Spot welded?  Thanks, I appreciate it,

Greg

Hello Greg,
Yes the floor is spot welded into place.  K & K are the people to see  about replacement panels.

Thanks, Joe, I feared as much.  Think I'll sand blast instead,
