soft top green
« on: January 09, 2025, 01:48:51 »
Like to know if anyone has knowledge of where I can find a soft top for a 65 113.  looks like code 721 or 972 mineral green in A5  german cloth I have no build card. Pretty sure it's all original I pulled it out of a garage 5 years ago it was last driven 1978. the paint code is 834 hard top & lower body with green gut so i got green on green on green on green. Like to keep it original if I can. I checked  Robbins , Gahh, German auto tops, ck-cabrio and  ezonauto. also all the ones listed in Technical manual. Thanks  Dave       it doesn't run no motor turn over ,  53,000 miles drove it in in 78

You may want to talk to cabrio.de

There are clues to confirm originality of your soft top (stamp on the window, bars in seams).

I am not sure why you are after mineral green A5, as A5 is not suitable for our cars. It is for mechanically folded tops in more modern cars.

At cabrio.de they have A5 mineral green sold out. But they have, on request, the DB green in Sonnenland classic, which is probably closer to what you had.
