Hello,
Sounds a little risky without knowing if it is warped or if the head has been cut previously!  Would also to be nice to know if it had the SL "09" or "02" camshaft and its condition. In this case it could be worth it.

I know a junk yard that has a complete 280SE (M130) sedan engine for $150.00 condition unknown, seems like a better deal.
