Door contact switch
« on: April 12, 2006, 22:02:21 »
Finally I am getting the car ready for painting and need some help removing different parts and pieces. What is the easiest or best way to remove the door contact switch?
Thanks!

Alfred,
It's not riveted [:p]

Just use a flat blade screw driver or blade between body and switch.
Its just a push fit with spring clips.
You may be able to just ease it out by pulling on the switch stalk.
