Softtop Frame Photos

Hi,

Can anyone please email me photos of a working softtop frame from the rear where the softtop frame rear hinge is located in the softtop well? My softtop frame has two springs lying idle (about 4 inches long) and I'm wondering what they used to connect to. I assume this is why the rear of the frame gets stuck in the well???

What end of the spring is hanging loose?
I have some pics that show the door jam end but not the frame end.

Thanks but I gave up and it's now in the hands of Roger Edwards in London who knows what to do.

Where are you in Oz? I'm an Aussie as well and will be shipping my 250SL home next year.
