Because who knows, at some point I just might get the urge to strip out those new Webasto (OEM to M-B) seat heaters, seat ventilators, seat messagers. (But I'm for sure keepin' the Webasto in-line heater for the windshield washer fluid!). That's why I'm storing some rather large boxes which are filled with a variety of new OEM bits & pieces, such as a rearview mirror, ashtray, steering wheel, the list goes on & on. Even have the original unused spare tire (which I packed around for over 20 years) stowed safely away, along with everything else. For some curious reason I'm suddenly feeling a bizarre need to explain myself here.
Dick, pls. say hello to Ann for Carol & me. BTW, we enjoyed that 2001 Tresor so much that we ordered a case from Ferrari-Carrano. Sorry we couldn't make the Oregon trip...Hope you guys found some good vino there.
