I have used Intercity and Concours Transport.  Both were good experiences.

I think speed is a hit or miss issue depending upon their other pick-ups and deliveries.  If they have a relativelty full truck heading through your area, you are likely to get it done quickly but if not it may be a few weeks of waiting.  I think that's true of most shippers.

I would avoid DAS, I've had problems with damage on 2 separate occasions.  Bigger is not always better.  In additon to the companies Ken mentioned, Thomas Sunday Auto Transport, www.sundayautotransport , are also good to deal with.

Congratulations!  Silver Star Restorations has a fine reputation from what I have read.  I don't think I've ever read a message complaining about them.  Did they restore the car, or did they just sell it on consignment?
