Hi-beam

Hello Group,

When I turn my Hi-beams on I have to hold in place,is this right or I need fixed (1966 230sl automatic) and when I turn on headlights the car makes a grinding sound for a quick second or two any info or ideas how to correct would help. Thanks again Jason

The indicator lever is for "flashing" the headlights only.
To keep them on, look for a foot switch on the floor, to be operated with your left foot.

Fan belt may need tighteing up...
