Hey Brian,

There are a couple of tabs along the rear edge underside of the cowl cover.  The tube is kept away from the vent flaps etc by slightly bending the tabs to keep the fluid line in place.  It then snakes over to the area near the fuse box and extends through the fire wall to connect to the pump.

Hope this helps.

Jeff,
Thanks for your help, I have taken the cowl cover off and moved the long vent flap out of the way and the only hole I can find in there appears to be a drain that leads to the funny rubber bulb on the engine side of the firewall. Am I looking in the wrong place?

This picture shows where it goes through the firewall. Unfortunately I don't have one showing where it reappears in the engine bay. Perhaps someone else can post one.

Brian, sorry no pics.  Could not get the camera into the well area.
Basically it looks like the tube routes thru the fresh air well and goes down into the footwell area, then out thru the firewall and to the water pouch.
Good luck!
