Some days ago i have seen these Pagodas on the Italian road near Cinque Terre, one in VIAREGGIO and one in FORTE DEI MARMI

German licensing number.

ES = Esslingen, which is close to Stuttgart. H means historical licensing.
Cannot clearly figure out the model... outside mirrors are clearly late 250 Sl or later, inside mirror is early 250 or earlier.
Taillights are interesting too: English / Australian / Italian (?) version:  all red taillight with amber turnsignal light.

It's a 230 SL with some details of 280 SL...

I think is a European versione, but not Italian version, the white 230 Sl is an Italian version
