Didn't see it.  But in general, any "have it for this (incredibly) low price" situation is a scam.
Also, and more general, I would offer that any "BUY IT NOW" type auction for classic cars is higher risk of being (if not a scam) a product of misrepresentation and not worth the BUY IT NOW.
