Because it's so beautiful, some jealous lookers are attempting to debase the car by mentioning picayune details...but they have failed! Even with unpainted hubcaps and a tree growing out of the rear seat, it is still a stunning Pagoda.
Actually, the unpainted hubcaps (even though not "correct") go very nicely with the clean lines of the Euro version car.
For those who must look under the lady's skirt and need all the details, the hubcaps were stripped when the car was repainted about two years ago. When the car arrived in my hands a few months ago, the Upper Molding had not yet been re-installed and the hubcaps remained unpainted. It may be a while before the hubcaps are repainted as I like the polished look of the naked caps.
For those who appreciate beauty, be sure to look at the untouched photo of the car in the link at the top of this thread...do not look at the crude attempts to besmirch the car in the other photos posted here which distort the look of the car through image doctoring by crude (or rude) hands. :0)

P.S. Why the tree? It was the first Spring-like day in NY. I was having lunch with another Pagoda owner at an outdoor lunch place. I glanced across the road and just snapped the photo. It was not a thought out or 'posed' shot...just a snap.
