Power to Radio?

I posted yesterday while trying to remove my Becker Mexico TR radio and fix my heater levers. With help from you guys I was able to get the radio out, and removed the lever operating unit. I replaced all the levers. While I'm waiting for the light bulbs to come in, I'm starting to troubleshoot why the radio is not working.

I'm not seeing any power come into the radio unit. Does the radio come off the fuse box (I can't find it labeled among the 12 fuses)? I read somewhere it might tie back to the regulator. Might there be an in-line fuse or something? I'm not very well-versed on this subject. I did try the tec manual, but it doesn't seem to address this power void. Thanks.

Have a look on the inside of the fender near the wiper motor.  There is a small 2 fuse aux box.  The cover has a 1/4 or so diameter knurled cap bolt securing it in place.  The box itself is maybe 1.25x1.25x1 inches and it is plastic

Hey Bill. I am not sure if our cars/radio had the same wiring but mine has an inline auxilliary box on the right engine bay fender. It powers the radio. And it is wired to be always hot.

MB et al had many places as source of 'radio power'.  Afore mentioned fuse under the hood, the positive post of the battery, light switch, ignition switch, 12v power where available, voltage regulator, in-line fuses from?, etc.  Always an interesting hunt.  Then there is speaker wire, antenna, antenna up/down, etc.
