Joe,
I would love to visit with you. I'm just across the lake in Bellevue.  I know several others who I bet would like to, as well.  I'll send you an email with my phone number... I'd be happy to help get a group together.

Joe, Craig, Pete Lange--

EVERY time I get to the Seattle area, I call in advance and get a little crowd together.  Last time I was there with lots of time, Dorian (pagoda113) picked me up and we "topped down" (yes in Seattle in November!)on backroads from Issaquah up to Woodinville, met a bunch of MBCA members at the Red Hook Brew Pub.  We had about 20 people there, maybe more...and 3 Pagodas, some AMG's, SLK's etc.  A great time was had by all.

I usually also reserve a little time with Pete Lange, and he's shown me some interesting places; so even when I don't have a lot of time I make some time to visit with Pete.  Next time, with Craig, too!

Joe, you might not have any time for the ostensible reason you are going there!  Bon Voyage!!

It turns out that Joe's in the Seattle area this weekend, not in September as listed earlier.  If you're in the Seattle/Tacoma/Everett area and would like to join in a gathering, let me know via email.  Joe's currently aiming for this Sunday afternoon, but we'll firm it up soon...

We had a great visit with Joe this past Sunday while he visited Seattle.  Three area owners were able to attend - Pete, Nick and Craig.  It was great day - sunny weather and fun discussion about the cars.  Joe gave lots of pointers, we compared the details of the 3 cars, checked a few important issues, and even drove a couple test drives.  Thanks, Joe, for spending the afternoon with us!

Craig, Pete, and Nick

Hello,

Thank you Craig for hosting this meeting. It is a great feeling to travel thousands of miles to a strange city and be welcomed by great W113 friends.

These guys have three very nice looking and running W113 Pagodas. I was very impressed with the condition of all three. We had perfect weather. I enjoyed driving Craig's four speed and I rode with Pete back downtown when we were finished. I will be following up on some details and information to you guys. Email me if you need to.

Thanks much!
