hello everybody,
finally the car is ready!!!!!!
we think that we did a fine job,and it is nice to hear it from others from our club.
we had some visitors last week to look at the car.
Cees Klumper and G.Wuisman were in Harlingen.
Gerard had his own pagode with him, and it was a very beatiful car!!
you can see it on the pictures.
WE ALSO TALKED ABOUT THE ELEVEN-CITY TOUR WE WANT TO ORGANIZE!!!!!
SO IF YOU ARE IN THE NETHERLANDS ON 21 August JOIN US!!!!!!!

Hello Jan - great photos again. I trust the car is running well, it sure was very smooth when I drove it last week. Greetings to Gerard as well!
I just received an inquiry from one of the Group's American members, who is thinking about coming over for a Pagoda event this year. Would be great if we can include him in the eleven-city tour (scheduled for August 21). Next time I come to Harlingen I will take my Pagoda, being able to compare how different Pagodas drive is valuable.
I will take some pictures of my car as it is now - spent today working on the final details since my engine rebuild and ... I think the only time it's driven better is when it was new!

Hello Jan,
It was very nice to meet you, your farther and your car last week. Great photos of our cars. Exchanging experiences and views is always fruitful as the tips of your father did. It is also amazing how cars of the same type differ from each other in many details. I am looking forward to join the eleven-city tour on the 21st of August. I will contact you to assist with the preparation as I am regulary in Friesland to sail.

That shure looks like a good restoration job. In June the wife and I are up north to visit Oerol. We might find time to visit you and take a look at the car. I will contact you early in June.
