On p. 183 there's a nice looking pagoda (can't tell the model) in an "underground garage accessible by hydraulic lift"--for all of you looking to store your many collector cars.  this guy also has a 1972 ferrari dino and what looks like a 356 porsche down there.

oh, and a beautiful house in Victoria, Canada.
