Foot Pump Washer for Several Vintage Models

I checked with my dealer about a month ago and it was NLA.  He will usually contact the Classic Center to be sure and also check the shelves of other dealers.  I use the same site you attached to check parts and it's usually correct.    Maybe they had another production run....may be worth a check!

I did have a new one in my parts pile but I don't remember if I sold it.  I'll have to check.

The #115 869 01 21 is a complete assembly with the rubber balloon and the metal brackets. I installed one about two years ago. It is not exactly the same as the original, but it mounts and performs the same. I believe the original rubber balloon showed through the top metal piece that had a hole in it. The new top piece completely covers the balloon.

I am pretty sure that the original rubber balloon is NLA. Not sure I would want to buy a 40 year old rubber part unless it was for concours and wouldn't get used.

Actually, this part was utilized from 1968 forward...the one with the hole is prior.   I believe they still made this part up until 3-4 years ago and it was up to $550 -$600!!!  I did research on the various types of Foot Pump Washers and found this web page in German:

Those are great reference pictures J.P.

My 111 is an early '68 ...405, and had the one in the upper left corner with the hole. The replacement was just like the one in the upper right corner with no hole.
