A/C Compressor Belt Tension
« on: September 20, 2013, 05:21:35 »
Dear All

I need your help though I think that I read most of related threads but I am not clear.
I am currently under replacement of the York compressor by the Sanden rotary compressor using the conversion bracket.
During the replacement, I encounter one problem which is how to adjust a compressor belt.
I would like to know the adjustment method. Your inputs would be highly appreciated.

Loosen the large center bolt on the tensioner pulley first, then use the 1/2" adjuster bolt to move the pulley to tighten or loosen the belt.
