Indicator switch/Cancelling Lever
« on: June 27, 2010, 07:11:37 »
I have dismantled my indicator switch using the excellent post from Enochbell/George Davis.
My problem is not the mashed pivots but appears to be a worn cam, also the self cancelling lever  tongue is none existant.
My only course of action is to dismantle the wheel box and re profile the cam.
In doing this operation i will have removed the cancelling lever(it is made out of a plastic material)it is my intention to make a new cancelling lever out of modern nylon.
As the cancelling tongue has worn away can someone give me the dimensions of the tongue IE, length, width and depth.
