Clean / Restore Seat Belts

Replacement Kongol seat belts are a pricey item. Has anyone looked into restoring them? Mine are in fair shape. The webbing is getting a bit stiff. I'm wondering if a good cleaning might soften them up and make them look better.

Their web site is being redone, but I believe this company replaces the belts and refurbishes the hardware on old seat belt assemblies.
