Leaky FIP solenoid
« on: April 02, 2011, 03:51:36 »
Has anybody seen a solenoid on the injection pump leak oil on the end with the electrical connection? My bottom fuel shut off solenoid (the longer one) is leaking oil just in front of the plastic cap where it is crimped to the body. The gasket area is dry on both solenoids as are the bodies. It is only a few drops of oil in a week, but that will get messy quickly. I wonder if there is a way to fix that?

I am pretty sure these are NLA. Does anyone have a new one or a good used one?

Thanks as always!
