What the %&^$&@ are these transmission parts??? HELP
« on: June 09, 2011, 16:02:01 »
In finally getting to my automatic transmission KA 025 I am replacing all of the seals that i can get to easily....Took it apart partially apart 20 years ago  and now that I am reassembling, when I opened the bottom of my transmission oil pan much to my dismay I found the 2 identical parts rattling around in there. Since I had done a temporary reassembly at the time I dismantled it, i am sure I put the parts in there so I wouldn't loose them. Does anyone have any idea where they go? I am usually really good with notes, but on this one I screwed up. Please help. Thanks

btw..the scale is inches, not cm!

figured it out. they are the pins for the reverse band. Got them back in place and all is well. Thanks for anyone who looked and was thinking about it.
