Hi folks

I seem to recall that there is an upgrade recommendation for re-assembly of the 230SL counterweight. If anyone has access to the the relevant sections in either the BBB or workshop manual "Passenger Cars Starting August 1958" could they kindly let me know if it is possible to get a softcopy of the material.

Also if anyone could confirm the part numbers for the recommended stretch bolt, washers, etc detailed in the upgrade it would be kindly appreciated.

While I am on this counterweight topic, I am still not sure whether there is only one version for the M127 engine counterweight (ie part number 1270311207), and what are the correct dowel pin part numbers. I see part numbers 000007008108, 000007008108  & 0000070081 and 000007008244 000007008244 0000070082 listed on the SLS website ?  All a bit confusing !

Thanks & regards
Frank
