Make some calls to the independent repair shops in the area, perhaps ones you know and trust. I'm sure they can give you a recommendation.
Some years ago, a neighbor bought a car for his son; vinyl seats. The idiot previous owner used to throw lit cigarettes in the back regularly, so the back seat had many burns in the vinyl. Some guy came to the home, mixed up the vinyl goo, matched the color, and used some texture sheets. The results were nearly invisible. In the hands of the right people, it is pretty good. The independents seem to know these kind of subcontractors as they care called in regularly to fix things like this; refinish alloy wheels; paintless dent removal, etc.
