I'm not aware of any different manuals for LHD/RHD.

Interesting question. I have never seen any, or seen any advertised for sale claiming the distinction.

I tend to say "no" but I cannot prove for now.
Nevertheless, I agree with Jon and Colin here. There is no special RHD owners manual.
There is of course a multilingual version and perhaps also one in different languages (French, Spanish) which I am not familiar with.
But no RHD version.
