Software upgrades

Today I upgraded the forum software to version 1.1.18, fixing vulnerabilities in the registration procedure.

I also upgraded the Wiki software from version 2.2.5 to 2.2.48 (which was a lot of changes).

If you notice anything untoward, please alert me through a message in this thread.
