Hello--

I'm reassembling the car and need help with two items.

1. BIG capacitor  What is this for and where does it connect? I assume that it is not the points capacitor.

2. Switch      Located under the dash. Spring-loaded normally off. When pushed it connects and then goes off again when released.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The large capacitor looks like a radio static filter which may have been originally hooked to the ignition coil. The push button switch looks like an original 190SL chrome starter button. May have been hooked up to factory optional horns.  (town and country horn option).
