Hi
The spark plugs are getting fouled (black carbon) very quickly seems that I have a fuel problem. Not sure what my first step should be with addressing the problem. Any advise would be a great help.

I would make sure the linkage on the top is correct to stat with, this will make sure your air/fuel ratio is correct put new plugs in and try, it could also be weak coil, bad wires or plugs.

Hi

It could be just that you just need to take the car on a long run.  Starting up for short period of times  for example in the garage over winter can foul up the plugs.  This could be a starting point to looking at the problem.

Thanks Richard

The "WRD" is another item to check early in the quest.  If it is stuck, you can have a very rich running condition. Give us some history and ask more questions.
