This is a plate used when the car came in for service with the owner information, car information, etc. This was similar to the old style credit card set up where an embossed plate was used to capture the information from your credit card. These were in the owner information set up and in the clear plastic holder for the maintenance work history. It was part of the original owner set of information. It is mentioned in Pagoda Notes, and will be part of an update article in a follow on issue of Pagoda World.
