Not sure if this has been posted before but my son just sent me this link from back in 2006...with a warning that I might be upset. He was right. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess.

Yes, I can see that the purists would not be happy about the "butchery" that has taken place.

Bit overboard in some aspects for me, but I think that the worksmanship looks first class.
I would much rather go the "Mechatronic" route if I were to discard originality

Looks like an old posting from 2006. I have to agree with comments left on the posting by P.J and Peter L. It is a show car to show off there electronic stuff. If I would see it at a show I would smile and just keep walking  ;D Even if they do upgrade this car with a AMG engine I know it would not handle like my ///M3 :)

I would not change anything on my Pagoda from stock if I can help it.

I completely agree, not even a sensible addition for a show car given the size of the speakers on the back.

Sorry guys, call me a purist, but why remove all of that class and style from the interior dash?
