Brake Booster Eccentric Adjustment

Hi, hoping some-one can enlighten me re the eccentric adjustment at the bottom of the brake booster.   I have not been able to find any reference in Haynes or others as to how this is to be set (or whether it is a "don't' worry about" bit).

The eccentric is on the lower end of the brake booster flange casting (please see attached pdf).    With the brake booster now re-installed, the side shown in the photo is not accessible, however on the western end there is a slot.

Hi all

A follow up on this one.   Decided to take the booster back out and have a look before final tightening/reconnecting master cylinder and brake lines etc.

When the slot (this is on the central side of the bolt at the base of the booster flange that holds the booster lever) is vertical (north south) this has the eccentric 1/2 way between minimum and maximum location of the booster lever.  Horizontal is either max or min.    There is about 1 to 1.5 mm adjustment available.   I went 1/2 way so I could adjust more or less leverage.
