I think if anyone had his chrome parts redone it would have been most likely all the. Chrome. Parts (that is what I had done some 10 years ago on my original BMW 535 is that I purchased new in 1987). I therefore expect any feedback you might get would only be a estimate.
I assume you plan to take the parts off yourself. My recommendation would be to take them to the shop you plan to have the work done (or ship them there). Then let them give you an accurate price.
If this was my project I would also ask the Classic Centre or Budds what they would charge to do the job. This would provide a competitive price/idea what the final cost would be. Anyway my 2 cents ... Good Luck.
PS. Re-chrome work can be tricky, it all depends on the original condition of the part(s). Case in point based on my experience. I lost the little chrome ring around my ignition key barrel last year. I found one on the internet for $50- plus shipping I paid $60- when I got the part it was a re-chromed ring full of pitting. Later when I ordered some other item from the Classic Centre they told me a new one cost $17- LOL ..... You guessed it I added a new one to my order, the $60- exemplar now hangs in my garage as a reminder never to do this again
