Tom,
looks like you have the "discovery stage" past you (when you discover what's really there and what also you will need to fix beyond what could be seen at the first sight. Usually painful step linked with some disillusion...
Now, the good news is that, financial sources permitting, you entered the "constructive stage", both literally and in general . Let me bet... It will be ready for 2015 season, at list on paper... ?

Thanks for your concern I gave her to a painter friend that dose large yachts. He said he would strip her to bare and get her back to me by the end of the summer (2006)! Wish I could post more then 4 pics at a time because she's been done for a few years now.
