injestion pump leak around seal

Can any one tell me if the injection pump seal requires a sealant and what is the torque for the three bolts?   Pump was removed and new seal replaced but it continues to have a small leak.   Thanks in advance

I am assuming you are talking about the triangular mounting gaskets? There are two gaskets, one on either side of the phenolic heat plate. Torque is tricky because the heat plate can be compressed unevenly. Others may know what it is, but don't over do it. I used a very thin film of Permaxtex #2 along with the gaskets to keep it dry. Might check the heat plate for damage. New ones are available.
