My father used to own a 1925 Franklin... he and my mom dated in the car. The car is restored in Port Angeles, WA. The owner just hosted a PNW Franlin Tour, so we drove up to visit. Took a picture of my dad and mom with the car... it sure made his day. I spent the day as a guest in one of the cars for the day. Franklin's have air cooled engines, amoung other technical advancements for their day. My wife and I stayed at the Lake Cresecent Lodge for the weekend... a wonderful scenic/rustic place. Great weather, wonderful scenery, handsome cars, and friendly owners... it was really a great weekend!
