Door misalignment
« on: February 11, 2015, 11:58:20 »
I have a passenger door that is not aligned properly (see attached photos) (towards the bottom of the door) to the rear quarter panel.

In other words - the bottom of the door is "in" too far and needs to be bought "out" from the body approximately 5mm. The top of the door is flush.

I read the tech notes but its not really clear which door hinge bolts I should loosen to adjust the door.

Should I loosen the bolts attaching to the door itself or those attaching to the frame?

Are there any other particular issues I should be aware of when adjusting a door to ensure alignment with the front &/or rear panels?

Can anyone assist ?
