WHY don't some photos attached to posts open to full size?

Just wondering why some attached photos don't open to full size and some do.

why do photos take a long time to open.

I have a cable hi speed connection with a modern windows PC.

Hi Bob,

I don't know about the software on our site, what I mean is how the software handles uploads of photos, resizing them etc for example. I suspect that your photo if in a large file size would be optimizes to an acceptable file size before it is posted here.

You might like to reduce or optimize your photo image before you upload it to the site here.

Just follow the instructions when you open the above link it is quite easy to use and it will reduce the file size however not the size of your photo.

Hi Bob,

What you've posted is the computer equivalent of: "My car is not running well. Can you fix it?". Could you post some specific links to posts where you are having problems... and links to posts that are going well. Then I can investigate. What browser are you using, and is Javascript enabled?

What Theme are you using on this site ? (See Profile / Look and Layout preferences) ?

My question was about trying to see some photos on other peoples posts that do not open when I click on them.
