3 tab locating washer Fuel pump

Can anyone please tell me where I can get a locating washer (Driving disc) with the 3 locating tabs for a long type fuel pump.

Getting desperate now, anyone have any other suggestions?
I can't afford a replacement pump, and have just spent a $100 on a repair kit for this one.

A few years ago I obtained two from George, I used one, if you can wait until the weekend I will try to find it.

Sorry I haven't responded to your PMs. I do not have any more of these tab washers. Amazing I went through the 120 I initially had made several years ago. A follow on production I had did not go so well. The company used a different method to produce them and the dimensions were not so good. I ended up tossing them into a corner somewhere and can not find them. Still have the drawings for these and may at some future time go back to the manufacturer and try again asking him to use a specific process--unfortunately that process is much more expensive!

Just to clarify what I posted above you kindly supplied me with three washers, I used one so I still have two left, if Ant still wants one (he has not responded ) he can have one, if it would help I could return the third one to you as a sample for a future remake.

I still have the drawing and that is sufficient to have these made again if need be. The problem I had with the follow on production was thT the producer used a water jet to cut the parts instead of the electro static discharge method. The parts came out looking very rough cut with varying dimensions. While probably usable, they did not have the nice clean lines of the originals. I talked to the producer and the dwg is sufficient to reproduce the nice clean cut versions provided I specify using the ESD method--at a greater cost of course! So, no need to send me the extra tab washer you have

 Thanks to Eric, the washer he kindly sent me arrived, and I have now completed the pump rebuild.
I connected it to a battery and used some diesel to test it.
It took 11.5 seconds to pump one litre.
Does that sound about right?

Ant,

The specs are listed somewhere in the TM or in the BBB. Volume of fuel pumped is more important than the pressure. Also check to see how many amps the pump is drawing. If on the high end of the current range, the pump may be binding from the rebuild and may loosen up by running it with the diesel a while before installing it.

Antony, yes, that sounds about right.  Mine delivered round about 3L in 30sec.
