Are there any details on the white 'V8' engined car?

Naj,

The white, V8 car is a project effort by Phil Morgan in Maine. It is from a 560 SEC (i think it was the coupe). A very nicely done swap. I spoke with Phil and his son Keith during the event, and asked about the handling and power, and they both reported it was quite nice to drive.
