hi guys how do I check if the injection fuel pump timing is correct .I am getting fuel to the fuel filter then up to the pump but only a little bit of fuel in the lines , I can hear the fuel pump running all the time is that normal with the ignition on , so its pumping fuel but nothing or very little in the injection lines .any help thanks

Only a very small amount of fuel will emerge at the injectors at an idle. Hold the accelerator open all the way to increase the quantity. You should see fuel emerge at each injector while cranking if you loosen the lines.
