Has any one compared the Ansa rear and center muffler to that of a complete time valve system for a 69 280 sl?    Quality of build, sound and longevity?    Thanks in advance

Timevalve will alter the "sound" for you at your request.

I just put a new rear ansa in mine to replace the MB that had quite a few years on it. It is very nice quality, went in well, and the new insulation quieted the car down a bit in the cabin on the freeway. I think I'm going to do the resonator too. It muffled the sound, but didn't hurt the "character" of the sound at all. Well built mufflers.
