Alternative Models for Parts?
« on: November 22, 2004, 06:27:06 »
Hi All!

I recently installed a new gas tank and am now waiting on UPS to deliver my rebuilt IP from Hans.  Also just purchased 6 new injectors...  Needless to say, some heavy expenses recently, and as those of you who are married know.... the wife isn’t happy with my recent spending on the 113.

Anyway, to try to keep costs down...  what alternative MB models have parts that also correctly work in/on our 113's?  Obviously, the 280se's...

What other models, chassis?

Thanks!
Bob

I think that most MB's up to the 1980's will provide some parts, but having too many cars lying about already I can't risk getting yet another to check this out
I am already in trouble with the Missus as it is!

Do a search on the site for "part interchangeability list". There is a list of items and a link to a pdf file of those items that are common across several models. If you have a parts book with the numbers, those items that do not start with 113 are used for other models.
