Dave is right.
All 230ies, 250ies and early 280ies up to serial 010241 used the long pump.
The short one thereafter.
Today, you either get your old long pump repaired (many owners don't do that or are scared off) or buy a new short pump.
Mounting plate and some other small stuff needs to be replaced too when you switch to the small/short pump.
