For the past several years, I've been the Registrar of the SL113 Registry.
At one time, anyone could add, delete, edit the Registry entries but, as has been mentioned here, the Registry was inconsistent with entries in various formats that made sorting by column difficult or near impossible.
When we established the Registrar requirement, we also put all the vins and engine numbers into a single standard format so the columns will sort according to these numbers.
The sorts are not always perfect but are lot better than they were before w began requiring a Registrar to make the entries.
