Hard Start With Hot Engine
« on: August 12, 2017, 19:06:57 »
After driving for a while, with the engine plenty warmed up, my 250SL is a bit hard to start.  Any feedback on this issue or can you point me to a discussion of this issue.
Thank you in advance!

Check your fuel filter, fuel pressure and then your starting aids.

Remember that with a warm or hot engine you need to press the accelerator pedal about 1/3 down while starting as described in your owner manual.
